It's a very useful program that explain very well the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and the application of in Workspace. The KFA is very useful and enrich the knowledge of the methodology very well in it's students. Dr. Mohamed Said is very talented, patient and simplify the information. He has the time to do that and love what he is doing, so i face no issue understanding the information while the course. Very flexible and fast. Once I paid for the course, I got the notification. Once i had questions, i got a call from the manager and from the trainer as well to explain all my questions.

When I planned to take Six Sigma certification, I had a hard time choosing which school to apply for. I read a lot about online courses but a bit hesitant if it was worth it. When I inquired in IMC and talked to Ayisha, she helped me with the right program and timing to fit my work schedule. I liked how she understands my needs as a beginner student of LSSGB. I joined the virtual sessions aside from the self-study and the coach/instructor Sashi Prakash is really good.

The training was easy, useful and informative. I appreciate the effort taken by our trainer to explain everything that was asked in our class. The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.

Mr. Kumar and Mr. Sashi are concise and well-versed in the subject matter. Learning tools are also very good. I have not only gained knowledge but a position in my organization because of the program. The trainer possesses the great quality of making students understand each and every concept in a very easy manner. Rose was a very supportive counsellor. Highly recommended! Answer all questions. Very professional. Just so happy that I enrolled at IMC. I learned a lot, all are provided. Kuddos to the team! :)
