It was a good experience with IMC and special thanks goes to our Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash and my counsellor Ms. Soumya who were supportive through out the entire training program & helped us to clear all our doubts very patiently & diligently. He is very patient to give a lot of examples especially during times where a certain topic is not easy to digest for most of us. The trainer is patient in answering all of my questions. the training timeline was followed, and very efficient in time and effective. I'm no words for Arfa she has been great before I even enrolled in the course. she even replies to my queries even in the middle of the night. She deserves commendation and anything that will lift her ego up. Michelle Oronan is timely in sending the materials.

The course was well designed and touched all aspects of the course. Mr. Debashish Mukherjee conducted the course with real life examples and that was necessary to connect the concepts with the problem. Mr. Gaurav helped me right from the start, from selecting the level of Six Sigma to choosing time slot. A thorough support from him! Have to thank Mr. Suryansh, for replying to me even in late evenings! His help was much required in getting the recordings and in sorting out the timelines in taking up the final assessment!!

The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.
