I was happy with the experience, because I had all the help I need for using the platform and I also found the site very easy to understand. It is very informative, I thank Ms. Sofia and Mr. Farhann as well on assisting me on my journey they are very professional. It's great value for money. I highly recommended them to my family and friends. Sofia is very professional and supportive counselor she assist me on all my queries and needs during my yellow belt and greenbelt certification. Thank you so much to the Service Team, I appreciate your coordination especially on my enrollment and certification process.

The program is very comprehensive and structured. The Trainer is very good at clarifying our questions to all of us and he has been so kind and patient to his students, aside from being an expert, he has been humbly and patiently answering all our questions. Only the good things to our trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash :) Counselors are the best as well. They have been very accommodating and patient and will really help you achieve your goals despite your busy work schedule.

The quality of the training is up to the mark. No words to mention the quality. IMC actually implemented Lean Six Sigma in their training. Amazing experience for me. Outstanding program, with a nice curriculum definition and its awesome execution. Elaboration and detail of the topics in a great way to create the best understanding of the audience. Overall Awesome experience! Counsellor connectivity and response were found excellent and prompt. She resolved all the matters quickly, overall deliverance was found excellent. Excellent experience of all Service Team specifically the Counsellor and in teaching the trainers too.
