It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. It has been a fruitful and a rewarding experience with IMC and I sincerely hope that this would continue in the days to come as well. Best wishes.

The program/training provided me with the essential skills and knowledge to improve processes and implement Lean Six Sigma techniques in my daily work. A really thorough, and well-organized training. The online training features were easy to access with available reference materials to use which enables me to learn at my own pace. The instructor not only discusses the topic but shares actual practical applications. Overall a great learning experience.

Let me start by acknowledging - What a brilliant team this is. Right from the initial counselling session, to the program structure and of course the trainers. I have never seen a more organised team or program. The trainers are wonderfully knowledgeable in A to Z of Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement as the only way forward in the business world. IMC has given me the confidence to continue my personal passion for learning and updating myself. A very special mention to Ms. Soumya Verma, for not only being my one point of contact for any queries but also for being absolutely kind, patient, and helpful throughout my learning process. The program, though short, is pack with necessary information to learn the fundamentals and the essentials of Lean Six Sigma and also helpful to acquire the LSSGB Certification. The Trainer on the other hand, is very approachable and know how to listen to the trainees as well. He is very generous in sharing what he can to help the trainees. Mr. Farhan is very supportive and respond as early as he can to every relevant queries.
