I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. I can say he's a great mentor to have especially in the professional world based on my experience with him as the trainer for the self-paced LSSBB course. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment. I am sure she accommodates other students as well, but she didn't make me feel like I am on a queue as she is very responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Kudos!

Mr. Devarsh Mukarji is an amazing trainer with abundant knowledge. his explanation of the concept with realistic examples has given a type of practical experience while listening to the class. Surbhi.. is an outstanding personality in the sense of supporting the students and the way of responds is Amazing in case of any query, I felt lucky that I met her and i am under her umbrella, because being a student i asked many queries but she never loses her patience even i asked the same question many times. The learning experience with Mr. Lislal was extremely fruitful and revealing due to his professionalism. His explanation of all concepts was clear and concise with apt industry examples to clarify any doubts. There is no doubt that Surbhi is extremely responsive, accommodating, and provides requests on time in a professional manner. As far as the service team is concerned, they have been responding to the concerns in a timely manner.

Program was well-rounded and was full of information. Lectures were sequenced and designed properly for us to understand the basic concepts with depth before tackling the complex ones. The course also provided us with reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, we now have easy and accessible references that we can review during actual application. Ms. Ayisha was very patient in answering all the queries and was very interactive during the lessons. Despite having to listen to a recorded session, it was still somehow engaging. I appreciate using case studies for us to better picture out the application of the different concepts provided.

I am quite satisfied with the way of Teaching with full of detail and reply of student's concerns in during sessions and on whats app any time. Counselor is Excellent, She has been following up from start to end to her costumer regarding fee structure, session time and other issues arrangements, course content related issues etc.
