The Trainer (PC) is an effective communicator who excels in interpersonal relationship. He always asks if we have questions or if there are things he have to clarify for us. The program was very interesting and helpful to learn and explore new insights into problem-solving methods through a statistical approach. Ms. Akter Jahan Khan has shared in depth knowledge about the course with interesting daily life examples. Mr. Viplav Sharma has excelled in explaining the importance of the course. The counsellor has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

I liked the system outlined and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques.
