Mr. Shashi Prakash is excellent at his craft. I have enrolled in a self paced program but i can say the way he explained every phase of Lean Six Sigma will make me understand easier. I have sent him a message once on Linkedin and he's very responsive. I would love to watch his videos in my black belt soonest. I really appreciate Ms. Zeba for answering my questions. It is one of the best courses you can do to enhance your knowledge. The trainer is very helpful and helps break down everything in a way that you can understand practically and relate to your day to day operations. Nikhil is very helpful and has a very different way of counselling. He gets you in your comfort zone and tries to be as flexible as possible considering that most of the people who take the course are working and time is one of the constraints. He is patient and answers all your queries in a very professional manner. The service team has been on their toes to help us throughout the course and avail all necessary material. Thanks to them as well.

The LSSGB Program is comprehensive whilst able to accommodate learners of various backgrounds. It is worthy to note that the IMC teaching model via online is easy and comprehensible. This would not be possible without our Trainer’s expertise and professionalism. He was graciously accommodating to our learning needs; ensuring that we totally grasp and satisfied the respective topics during the session. Indeed, my learning journey for the Lean- Six Sigma Green Belt with IMC has been fruitful and meaningful.
