The overall context of the course is well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash having more cognizance and the directive of his explication is more germane than any other trainer. Ms. Mishelle is very helpful and gives motivation throughout the course.

The program was great, and most important trainer Mr. Shashi did a fabulous job in explaining the content. Vanshika was very supportive throughout my journey; I had a lot of questions and queries, but she was very cooperative and assisted me very patiently. I am one of the lucky ones that got the chance to attend the LSSBB Certification Course. The training was absolutely superb and I genuinely enjoyed each and every moment of it. The content was indeed challenging though extremely informative and incredibly useful. I have attended several trainings before but I can't recall any of them having such a strong impact.
