Mr. Shashi Prakash and i found him very qualified, experienced and he trained with real life examples with professional and conceptual methodology to explain all the applications and areas of learning. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counselor, Kritika is a very accommodating counselor.
