The trainer good and the length of the lecture was acceptable. The pacing of the lecture is great, especially for those who are just starting their careers with LSS methodology. Service team support is good. I had issues during Mock test enrollment with delayed approval to start. However, final assessment was opened immediately upon request.

Lean Six Sigma training is really useful for us to infect it's a life changing and depth understanding program. Mr Shashi was a great teacher! Really kept us intrigued by the content and explained things in a way that was easy to digest. It is one of the best courses you can do to enhance your knowledge. The trainer is very helpful and helps break down everything in a way that you can understand practically and relate to your day to day operations. Nikhil is very helpful and has a very different way of counselling. He gets you in your comfort zone and tries to be as flexible as possible considering that most of the people who take the course are working and time is one of the constraints. He is patient and answers all your queries in a very professional manner. The service team has been on their toes to help us throughout the course and avail all necessary material.
