A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Very professional, responsive and caring counsellor, only the best feedback for Ms. Amina Sana.

It's a wonderful privilege to enroll in the programs of International Management Consultancy (IMC) and successfully finish them. Consequently, I am honored to pass the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt exam and earned the title LSSMBB, the highest title in the Lean Six Sigma hierarchy. IMC is a high caliber and duly accredited training and certification provider. I had learned a lot of knowledge, business techniques, and skills from their programs.

Program was perfect but there should be some minitab lectures to teach how to use it. trainers were good. i have taken classes from two trainers abhishek and shashi sir, both were excellent. It was good experience.

This program is a unique blend of concept building to the applicability of Six sigma in the corporate world. Our trainer was amazing who has in-depth knowledge and was eager and ready to clear up our real-life corporate problems. In fact, it was great learning, which gave us better insights to identify and resolve quality and production related issues. Surabhi is a wonderful person. Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber.
