The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)

I was always scared to learn six sigma because of the statical part. But Mr. Shashi made the learning such fun and easy that I was so confident while giving the black belt exam. Archi was very helpful and responsive. The service team are very quick and action oriented.
