It was a great experience of learning the Six Sigma program with IMC and the trainer Mr. Shahi was an excellent, very knowledgeable person and taught the Lean & Six sigma concepts very well in a simplified way. At a glance it was just simply amazing experience. My counsellor Mr. Vijil was very helpful and was always there to provide the support promptly. Service Team's (Frixie) engagement and communication was really appreciable. They were keen to address common queries and individual concerns in the WhatsApp group and made available the study documents on time after each sessions.

The program really helps me in achieving my long time dream of becoming a certified lean six sigma black belt. I thought it was impossible for me to get certified but thanks to IMC the promise to my friend Brant Gerald Ramos was now full-field. Now it was a reality thanks to the trainers who really shares there knowledge and experience . I am very much happy for this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future.

Let me start by acknowledging - What a brilliant team this is. Right from the initial counselling session, to the program structure and of course the trainers. I have never seen a more organised team or program. The trainers are wonderfully knowledgeable in A to Z of Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement as the only way forward in the business world. IMC has given me the confidence to continue my personal passion for learning and updating myself. A very special mention to Ms. Soumya Verma, for not only being my one point of contact for any queries but also for being absolutely kind, patient, and helpful throughout my learning process. Soumya, this effort of yours is commendable as you went the extra mile as a counsellor especially during this pandemic! Thank you Soumya and thank you to the wonderful trainers, and the IMC team!

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

The training was easy, useful and informative. Though after listening to other trainers training course I felt there was still lot of aspects that could have been covered. I still appreciate the effort taken by our trainer to explain everything that was asked in our class. Ms.Vanshika is great help, I'm grateful for your time and guidance.
