The training program is well arranged and properly scheduled. All classes are being conducted as per schedule. I feel better equipped to manage after completing the course. This was my objective at the beginning. I would recommend the course as it provides good learnings on how to manage projects efficiently and gives simple yet powerful rules applicable to life. The workshop is practical and informative. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

The trainer Rohit Virmani was excellent he also provided very good content. His training style was fantastic and he was very patient as well. The training coordinator Kritika is very good, very prompt and provides all required information - one improvement note - please provide training material in advance of the virtual training start date to enable us to prepare while we are undergoing training and improve coordinator between different departments.
