The valuable time and effort given during the training session by Mr Shashi Prakash was helping me to deepen my understanding and be conclusive that I will follow the learning until become a certified black belt. Michelle was a great counsellor throughout my training period, giving her time to make sure I keep on track and stay informed all the time. Ms. Neetu was very good in explaining topics and the pace of coaching was great. She was clear about the topics and very well managed to explain the Topics. The program is very detailed and updated and I like the time duration of the course especially for us who just do the program part-time. I also like the resources being uploaded online. It is pretty easy to access and is very helpful. I like how the trainers also base their examples or their explanation based on real-world experience. It is very easy for me to understand all the topics.

The Sessions were engaging and exciting. Trainer Mr. Shashi were skilled and using real life examples we were able to relate to. Enjoyed his lectures.

Mr. Sashi was a great teacher and lead the entire training program very well. He was prompt to solve all the queries without any hesitation or annoyance. The clarity of subject matter and the problem solving skills are exceptional. Zeba has always been a great point of contact, helping and assisting the way out regarding everything and anything. She has been always available and has always gone out of the way to help.

The e-learning mode of training is very convenient, and very cost effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. IMC's program is the fastest and easiest way to be certified in Lean six Sigma. The Master Black Belt Program has helped me become more adept in the methodologies of and the tools for lean six sigma; and I am now more confident in doing projects that would surely help my clients in ensuring that they maximize resources; prevent and control losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. I am also now confident in teaching and mentoring people new to the art and science of Lean six Sigma. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counsellor, Kritika who has been my counsellor when I was taking my Black belt course, is a very accommodating and helpful counsellor. Her patience and assistance is praiseworthy.
