The program helps me understand the principles of Lean and Six Sigma and how to apply these principles in our organization. The trainer in our batch for the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma is very good at teaching us the principles as well as giving us a real-life example that might help us in our future projects within our organization. My counselor is Ms. Rose, she is quick to respond to my queries and request regarding the issues I encounter in the program (e.g. schedule and exam).

Neetu is well versed on conducting the training. Very patient in answering questions. Possesses good knowledge and in sharing techniques.Counselor is very much accommodating.

The instructor was amazing – very knowledgeable and especially enjoyed how he leveraged his industry knowledge to make the class interesting. Mr. Shashi is an Excellent instructor – enthusiastic, makes learning the material fun, great job of getting as much engagement as possible in a fully virtual setting. Made difficult concepts very simple to understand. Last but not least... Thanks to the IMC Program for conducting such an effective & structured training session. Soumya was very easy to connect to and gave me space to do sessions in the way that worked best for me and I came out of them feeling refreshed and motivated. It was a great experience with Ms. Sampada she helped me in various stages of the programme in a short period of time, and reminded me about the ongoing classes as well as the exam dates properly.
