I enjoyed attending Mr. Sashi's class and learned a lot from him. He's very knowledgeable about the process. LSSBB is such a complex topic but Mr. Sashi was able to simplify most concepts that made the course more comprehensive. Thank you Rose for accommodating all my requests. Your service was exceptional! I will be able to apply my skills and knowledge acquired from this course and help my current organization specifically in Enterprise Transformation.

Trainer was good. His style is direct to the point and very logical. He will help a lot of LSS aspirants like me. Ms. Shaza is very responsive and easy to deal with. I look forward to dealing with her on the other programs I am interested to take.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding. Kudos to Ms. Ayisha for a proactive, engaging, and practical session. It allowed me to participate in the training even though it was recorded. I am grateful to Shaza for actively accommodating all my queries and being with me on my yellow belt journey. Indeed, she's an extra miler, ensuring all my queries even it was weekend or late night due to time difference.
