The Program was very successful and the Trainer Mr. Lislal Viswam, PMP was awesome!The Counsellor Ms. Zeba was very professional, helpful and accommodating. The Service Team and Ms Michelle was also very professional, helpful and accommodating.

I like how PC is handling his classes. I am actually being pressured to listen and understand his lessons because he is always asking for participation, which is good since it made me focus. I hope we can forward all the lessons before the classroom training. I had a new counsellor and so far he is very quick to respond to my emails which I think is very efficient.

The six sigma training program is really a good investment considering the scope of learning it covers. All relevant information has been highlighted by the trainer ensuring the learners understands the topics. The theoretical approach of six sigma were covered in detail giving as well a balance on the hands-on approach on how the principles will be applied in our respective fields. Rose has been very helpful and answers promptly even on holidays and weekends. The tools and materials were given on time which makes the training hassle-free.

I am one of the lucky ones that got the chance to attend the LSSBB Certification Course. The training was absolutely superb and I genuinely enjoyed each and every moment of it. The content was indeed challenging though extremely informative and incredibly useful. I have attended several trainings before but I can't recall any of them having such a strong impact. Mr. Shashi have done a wonderful job and I appreciate your efforts. You are truly a MASTER indeed. I would like also to thank Ms. Rose for her untiring during the whole process.
