Previously I was not in favour of online classes as I thought that in online sessions interaction between the trainer and class is much less. But after attending this session my thoughts changed about online classes. The Class sessions were very interactive and helpful. Training material with industrial practical problem examples helped me to understand. Trainer's presentation style with a lot of opportunities to ask questions made these sessions really attractive. My counsellor Miss. Zeba helped me a lot from starting my journey to Six sigma course through proper guidance. When it comes to coordination and motivation she is the best.

Mr. Shashi Prakash is a great trainer for the LSSBB class organized by the IMC institute. He is absolutely knowledgeable and has great experience in the field. Always open to answer questions and clear everyone's doubts. The whole IMC team and my counsellor Ms. Archi Saini has been really helpful from the beginning of the course till the end. I recommend anyone who wishes to learn about Lean Six Sigma and PMP to get their their certification from the IMC institute. Archi Saini has been such a sweet person assisting me with answering my questions and helping me with anything related to the course. I hope she flourishes in her life and career. Thank you for all the support and assistance Archi. The whole IMC team has been really helpful from the beginning of the course till the end. The team is proactive in responding to everyone's queries and always keep a track of the Whatsapp group. I wish everyone in the team a fruitful career and life.

LSS project was wonderful and full of learning. Mr. Shashi is an outclass trainer. He encouraged & inspired me throughout the training period. He has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Thank you, Sir Shashi, for helping me in achieving my goals. Ms. Arfa is a very cooperative and polite counsellor. Always ready to support. I have so much communication with her during my training sessions and exams and never found her annoyed.
