The program, though short, is pack with necessary information to learn the fundamentals and the essentials of Lean Six Sigma and also helpful to acquire the LSSGB Certification. The Trainer on the other hand, is very approachable and know how to listen to the trainees as well. He is very generous in sharing what he can to help the trainees. Mr. Farhan is very supportive and respond as early as he can to every relevant queries.

The trainer was absolutely professional and they made sure that every aspect of the course is delivered with utmost quality. The program was sliced into digestible chunks and the explanations were given gradually The counsellor, Vanshika, has been of great help. The program content was very precise and informative. Mr. Pankaj made sure to give examples from various industries making the concept clear. He also ensured that there's participation within the class as the questions being asked were answered clearly that helped us understand the topic more. Ms. Rose was very accommodating and made sure that I am able to enroll hassle free to the program. She also replied to my queries promptly may it be email or viber. The service team are very nice and good. All necessary information regarding the class program were delivered in advance. They are also kind in replying whenever there were queries about the recordings and references.

The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! The program is very detailed and though the classes are of 3 hours our trainer Miss Akhter never lets us feel bored. She is great and hoping to get more courses from her. Noor is active and very supportive, and the best part was she shared her WhatsApp details because of which communication got a lot easier rather than communicating via email. It is she who motivated me for the Lean Six Sigma certification. The service Team is good.
