Very useful course. The trainer is good one. Trainer is enthusiastic to teach and draw explanations on slides. She allows time for discussions and easily clarifies all the points. All counsellors in IMC are amazing. They are available 24/7 and they are really sincere in helping and guiding. They are actually the reason for which I subscribed with IMC.

I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . I am thankful for the trainers for always doing their best to deliver the lessons and giving situations for us to understand the lessons more. And also trainers always try to make everyone involved in the discussion. I will keep striving to learn more about this and hopefully, I am able to apply it to my future jobs and companies. The training includes both theoretical and technical, they will show you how it is done in real life work, also set example for each step. The trainer was able to discuss the topics in the master class in a Layman's Terms. Hoping to get Blackbelt once I am finished with the Master Class. Ms. Rose is very helpful with regard to your inquiries and problems. She was able to guide me throughout the different training sessions. The service team was able to provide us the tools and notes that we may need upon request. Keep up the good work.

It was a good experience with IMC and special thanks goes to our Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash and my counsellor Ms. Soumya who were supportive through out the entire training program & helped us to clear all our doubts very patiently & diligently. He is very patient to give a lot of examples especially during times where a certain topic is not easy to digest for most of us.
