Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

Big thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise in a level that is easy to understand. He is very patient to give a lot of examples especially during times where a certain topic is not easy to digest for most of us. Big thanks to IMC for this great program. Initially I never wanted to follow the 6 Sigma Green Belt, training but due to constant call from the sales staff i finally acceded, later on i followed the training under one instructor which i was not satisfied, I wanted to drop off from the course, it was Michelle who really encouraged and motivated me to do the training again offering me a free slot with Shashi, the instructor is excellent and he is one of the best i have ever experienced, Michelle was very help full whenever a text message is sent she was very quick to response and provide a very positive answer, because of the people of this caliber I have recommended the institute so many friends and looking forward to study more with your institute, I request the management to make a note of the two good assets your company posses Shashi and Michelle I wish IMC institute all the very best!
