The program is easy to understand and very useful in real life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.

The Trainer (PC) is an effective communicator who excels in interpersonal relationship. He always asks if we have questions or if there are things he have to clarify for us. Trainer Mr. Shashi is very good. Very well versed with the knowledge. His practical way of providing training is very helpful. Soumya is very helpful right from start of my enrollment. Shashi Sir is an excellent trainer, the way he provide the training is absolutely commendable. Very insightful and interactive. Presentations were interesting, good slides and videos that kept us all engaged. A real eye-opener for us all! Thank you IMC.
