The program was superb and everything is properly defined and provided by the institute. Mr. Shashi is the master and he knows how to deliver the thing fluently. Mr. Shashi is a very knowledgeable and engaging instructor. He explained all the topics well and shared/provided different practical scenarios to be easily understood by the trainee. The online session was short but still very informative. The training materials sent after the session is well organized and easy to understand. Responds to queries from participants quickly.

I like how PC is handling his classes. I am actually being pressured to listen and understand his lessons because he is always asking for participation, which is good since it made me focus. I hope we can forward all the lessons before the classroom training. I had a new counsellor and so far he is very quick to respond to my emails which I think is very efficient.

Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions.
