Mr. Sashi is a very professional trainer. He has a lot of patience in explaining every detail of the answers to the questions of each student even if it will spend more time in one particular topic. I truly admire his knowledge and expertise in Lean Six Sigma. Ms. Michelle is very active, hardworking, and a 24/7 support. I wonder how she manages all students query. You are amazing. It was a wonderful experience since i used the Elearning i can review the materials over and over again if needed they won't revoke your access and you will still be able to review the materials again if suddenly forgot the things you learn, the teacher are great in explaining details and how the DMAIC works.
