I thank Mr. Shashi for valuable guidelines and explanations during the class support in transforming information and delivering the knowledge of lean six sigma black belt. It was very well designed with real scenarios, and intuitive. In the end especially thankful Ms. Aliya Younas, who is a very professional educational counsellor with the IMC team.

The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.

The program was very helpful in terms of ideologies in my work and our trainer Ms. Akther was very kind and helpful. She provides us with very good examples of how can we apply six sigma in our work. Very good service team.

Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge.
