The learning experience with Mr. Lislal was extremely fruitful and revealing due to his professionalism. His explanation of all concepts was clear and concise with apt industry examples to clarify any doubts. The online course of Six Sigma Green Belt facilitated by IMC Institute was a great foundation and avenue for learning Six Sigma Green Belt. The program immensely demonstrate the critical area for improvements in management. It elaborates different scenarios and gives a complete dissection of the lessons being taught. Overall, the program exhibits a great and functional teaching environment with high standard on management and analysis. I experienced 2 counselors. First, I had V as my counselor. He is so responsive and does a great job in assisting me in my inquiries and problems. The next one is Sofia. she assists me with everything i needed. On top of that, she coordinated some personnel to help answering with my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with my counselors.

Kumar was very patient with me as a candidate with no statistical background . The session was customized to suit my field of work . She is approachable and really professional; available with answers for all my calls, messages and emails at any time. She was so focused at her work and diligent; at the beginning she explained to me the best belt that matches my current career and she coordinated with the trainers so I got the most convenient timing for the sessions.
