The training was filled with a lot of information, which is very useful for me. Introduction to LSSYB was what I needed in order to pursue this personal development path. Examples from Shashi were easy to understand and eventually apply in real world situations. Ms. Rose was able to answer all of my questions which was why I enrolled in the Lean Six Sigma master class, although I have mainly learned the yellow belt course thru the shared video of the classes. The service team has been very helpful in assuring me of the details needed for the course as well as in securing the payment that I made.

The quality of the program is 5 over 5 for me. It met my training needs in the subject area. The information given by the trainer directly relates to my current work. The counsellor helps me to enhance my skill in the subject area by giving quality training. The assistance given by the Service Team is superb. However, I think it would be helpful if he could slow down his speech and enunciate more clearly. I would also appreciate it if IMC could provide transcripts of his lectures so that I can review them later. I believe that these changes would make the training more accessible to all learners, regardless of their language background.
