Mr. Shashi has been extremely professional & explained all concepts in clear & simple manner. He was very approachable and paced his classes to the level of the absolute inexperienced candidates. The overall program was very good and in all the training sessions. The trainer explained each concept with practical examples. One of the good Counsellors I would say, she made a quick response to my queries and was a good human being. The Service Team is good.

The program and training material was comprehensive and well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi was excellent in his field. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is a brilliant counsellor. She can encourage and instil hope in the client. She was very supportive throughout my training session. The service team was good and impulsive.
