Shashi Prakash was very articulate and good at summarizing points. The test scope was beyond the lecture which is both good and bad as it posts further challenges as well as incentives to expand the study scope of reading/study materials. The Service Team and Zeba were Amazing as always - very quick to respond.

The program is detailed about the topic that is tackled under the course. The trainers are conveying their information and explanations based from their own personal experiences making it relatable and having clear idea on how the knowledge is implemented on the industry. Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email.
