The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! Mr. Shashi was explained clearly and examples were provided to be understood easily. Ms. Zeba always acts promptly to provide needed assistance. Ms. Frixie always provide assistance for what I needed and promptly responded to queries.

The program is really helpful and informative. It gave me tips on how the examination will look like and at the same time provided me tips on how to answer questions from the exam. Counsellor was really helpful everytime I have questions and even extended help for when I have clarifications.
