It was a pleasure to be mentored by Mr. Shashi, as he provided me with a good rapport as well as his expertise about the LSS program, along with a set of training modules that were very easy to understand. A special thank you also goes out to my counsellor for their prompt and exemplary responses to all inquiries that clarified my doubts about the course and were so kind. The trainer has great knowledge and experience. Everything is great the way he teaches and explains the concepts with real-life examples is exceptional. The program can be a little more challenging. I have got very fast responses whenever I had doubts. So he's been very helpful. It was an awesome experience overall.

The trainer was very accommodating, has indeed a subject matter expert with regards to her presentation and training materials, detailed oriented that makes every attendee understood. It is an excellent program which teaches the day to day problem identifications in projects and shows ways to solve those problems. The Trainer is so good in giving out the information to the students, and methodology he makes you understand perfectly. Michelle is an excellent facilitator helping whenever needed. I don't have enough words to thank you but your efforts in helping us through this program is unbelievable. The services were well delivered during the program without any interruption.
