The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding. Kudos to Ms. Ayisha for a proactive, engaging, and practical session. It allowed me to participate in the training even though it was recorded. I am grateful to Shaza for actively accommodating all my queries and being with me on my yellow belt journey. Indeed, she's an extra miler, ensuring all my queries even it was weekend or late night due to time difference.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

Thank you for providing a good course. I really enjoyed the training session and I'm very excited to apply the methodologies learnt to my future projects. The way the content is structured and the delivery of it is really good. I'm looking forward to taking courses with you in the future. I'm having a great time at IMC. I liked that the counsellor is very supportive and interactive. The service is smooth and straightforward. My Advisor is very helpful.
