The training program is very good and I will expect some more lectures to be attended which will be targeted towards more theoretical aspects which will help gain more insights. The program is well designed and put together. Easy to understand and follow. I would suggest that the tutors refrain from using languages other than English as it is distracting to learners. My facilitator, Faizan, was very very supportive during this process. He followed up on queries and questions within acceptable timeframe – even earlier. Always courteous and respectful.
