The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. I did not opted for online classes however gone through the recordings and Mr Shashi has done a fantastic job in explaining each and everything.
