The trainer was very diligent in answering questions throughout the six-sigma master class and was able to discuss every part in Layman's terms. The program was indeed very detailed and informative. I was able to achieve CLSBB thanks to Mr. Sashi. Ms. Rose was very helpful regarding my concerns all throughout the master class. The service team provided us with what we needed throughout the master class.

The module for the LSSBB is designed nicely and World-Class Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training.
