The program has been really helpful and very detailed to cover Lean Six Sigma concepts. I appreciate Shashi for detailing it so well with practical examples, that had not just helped in understanding complex concepts while training but also replicable in real business problems. She has been prompt to respond on messages throughout the journey, which made the learning journey with IMC even more convenient. The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!
