His explanation of all concepts was clear and concise with apt industry examples to clarify any doubts. There is no doubt that Surbhi is extremely responsive, accommodating, and provides requests on time in a professional manner. The training program helped me to understand the Lean and Six Sigma techniques and the program covered all the required areas of the Six Sigma course. The course helped me to understand DMAIC techniques and learned statistical approaches on how to reduce the variations and also learned the lean techniques for Identification and elimination of waste in the process without compromising the quality. The trainer was excellent in teaching. He cleared my doubts very promptly. I would like to say thank you!
