I attend training session of both instructor Mr. Sashi and Mr. Debasis. Both instructors explanations with examples really awesome. Ms. Priyanka is someone who can use compassion, empathy, respect and authenticity to form a genuine, trusting relationship with their clients. Great support by Mr. Suryansh, which is very important to businesses these days.

The training was filled with a lot of information, which is very useful for me. Introduction to LSSYB was what I needed in order to pursue this personal development path. Examples from Shashi were easy to understand and eventually apply in real world situations. Ms. Rose was able to answer all of my questions which was why I enrolled in the Lean Six Sigma master class, although I have mainly learned the yellow belt course thru the shared video of the classes. The service team has been very helpful in assuring me of the details needed for the course as well as in securing the payment that I made.

I did not opted for online classes however gone through the recordings and Mr Shashi has done a fantastic job in explaining each and everything. Most of the questions i have attempted were directly or inderectly been discussed during the class. 5 of 5 5 of 5....very helpful approachable and commendable. It's a very useful program that explain very well the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and the application of in Workspace. The KFA is very useful and enrich the knowledge of the methodology very well in it's students. Dr. Mohamed Said is very talented, patient and simplify the information. He has the time to do that and love what he is doing, so i face no issue understanding the information while the course. Very flexible and fast. Once I paid for the course, I got the notification. Once i had questions, i got a call from the manager and from the trainer as well to explain all my questions.
