The instructor was amazing – very knowledgeable and especially enjoyed how he leveraged his industry knowledge to make the class interesting. The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

The LSSYB program was very informative. A lot of helpful principles and applicable learnings. The video was also crucial in ensuring that the learning was well understood. The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. They have been the best in knowledge sharing. Thank you so much for providing the best training. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support.
