Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

The program conducted by IMC was very helpful and Mr. Shashi Prakash's classes were very detailed. His explanation of the concepts and the ease with which he breaks down the topics helped achieve this feat. Ashmeen was very helpful and guided me at every step of this journey. She always encouraged me that i was capable of passing this exam. Michelle, Suryansh and the team were very helpful in sorting any clarifications from the trainer and scheduling these sessions.

It was a great program. Mr. Lislal Viswam is a knowledgeable expert on PMP.. A very responsive and supportive Service Team.

When I planned to take Six Sigma certification, I had a hard time choosing which school to apply for. I read a lot about online courses but a bit hesitant if it was worth it. When I inquired in IMC and talked to Ayisha, she helped me with the right program and timing to fit my work schedule. I liked how she understands my needs as a beginner student of LSSGB. I joined the virtual sessions aside from the self-study and the coach/instructor Sashi Prakash is really good.

Easy to understand and well-supported recordings for references. Content is explained at the right pace with supporting examples and data which is very useful. Ms. Soumya has been very friendly/helpful from the enrollment phase to mapping the right Trainer and is always available to help me.

I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. I can say he's a great mentor to have especially in the professional world based on my experience with him as the trainer for the self-paced LSSBB course. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment. I am sure she accommodates other students as well, but she didn't make me feel like I am on a queue as she is very responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Kudos!
