The training was Excellent and very thorough with real life examples. I was able to learn the concept well. Ms. Archi is explaining and answering all my queries and is also able to explain the road map of the training well. The service team is very prompt and helpful in responding to and assisting with all sorts of queries.

The program was very well organized and planned. Trainer (Mr. Shashi) is very knowledgeable and patient enough to clarify any doubts. Farhan was very encouraging and supportive. He was always available for answering any questions at any point in time (even on off days). The program and training material was comprehensive and well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi was excellent in his field. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is a brilliant counsellor. She can encourage and instil hope in the client. She was very supportive throughout my training session. The service team was good and impulsive.
