It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. It has been a fruitful and a rewarding experience with IMC and I sincerely hope that this would continue in the days to come as well. Best wishes.

The trainings and materials provided by IMC Institute are highly relevant and complete. I enjoyed listening to the Trainers' lectures and discussion among the class. They provided a comprehensive and interactive approach to learning. Also the self-paced program was really helpful for employees who are busy with their day job like me. The counsellor is very accommodating and gracious with giving advice. I highly recommend IMC Institute for its great service and representatives.

I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future. The course subject is completely impressive, very detailed, understandable and explained clearly because the Trainor was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. Overall I enjoyed it and I liked that everything was straight forward and the flexibility of this course, it worked well with busy scheduling, and the expectations were clear and upfront.I intend on taking more courses at IMC in the near future. Mr. Pankaj was simply amazing! He had a wealth of experience and expertise and was able to convey complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very approachable and supportive, which created a comfortable learning environment. I would definitely attend another program with this trainer. I had an amazing experience with my program counsellor Ms. Arfa. She was attentive, understanding, and always willing to listen. Her guidance helped me navigate through a challenging program, and I was able to achieve my goals with her support. I would highly recommend this counsellor to anyone seeking guidance on their academic journey. The overall outlook on the exam portal and classes is wonderful and easy to access.
