The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! The program was well structured and our Trainer Akhter also took us to each topic very precisely and efficiently so we could get the concepts cleared and then only move to the next topic. She was very interactive, and supportive and would answer even the smallest silliest doubts raised from our end.
