The online course of Six Sigma Green Belt facilitated by IMC Institute was a great foundation and avenue for learning Six Sigma Green Belt. The program immensely demonstrate the critical area for improvements in management. It elaborates different scenarios and gives a complete dissection of the lessons being taught. Overall, the program exhibits a great and functional teaching environment with high standard on management and analysis. I experienced 2 counselors. First, I had V as my counselor. He is so responsive and does a great job in assisting me in my inquiries and problems. The next one is Sofia. she assists me with everything i needed. On top of that, she coordinated some personnel to help answering with my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with my counselors.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification course were very helpful to the advancement of my skills and knowledge as I pursue my leadership role on various levels. It provided me with increased theoretical knowledge and understanding of the various tools and techniques in improving processes in a more data-driven and scientific manner. The training pushed me to become more critical of data and on the need to constantly work for improvements.

The program is very flexible as it suits the trainee(s) dynamic schedules. Learning at your own pace is key in this development. While IMC provides the tools, learning, it will be up for the trainee(s) how they will be able to grab on this opportunity and use it according to their needs depending on applicability. The trainer, Shashi Prakash, is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer, sharing the learning based on combination of theory and real life experiences. Very patient and willing to share his knowledge on the subject. Thank you, Shashi! Rose stood as my support system throughout the journey, always in touch of how you are doing and progressing, assistance you would need and all.
