A very informative certification. Being an industrial pharmacist it is very helpful for me to have this experience. A career oriented certification, thanks to Mr. Counsellor for this session making me grow in our pharmaceutical quality career. Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me. Your team was very attentive and responsive to my needs, and I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed in a timely manner.

It was a good traning full of infomation and was discussed and explained thoroughly by the trainer. Surbhi is very supportive and helpfull. And Michell is always at your step to assisst you with any issue faced.

Abishek is a good trainer, very patient to explain on questions from students. Ayisha and Shaza are both very helpful and responds on a timely manner.
