The training program is very good and I will expect some more lectures to be attended which will be targeted towards more theoretical aspects which will help gain more insights. The trainers and the provided learning materials are as complete as you can get with regards to the industry knowledge and global standards that are implemented within the different industries. Ms. Rose is always accommodating to all the queries I have about the program and had been patient in explaining the details of the program. It is very good program to gain more knowledge in lean six sigma. Mr. Shashi Prakash really he is a greatest facilitator ever I come across in my life.He is such an amazing person with inter personal skills. Ms. Michelle & Sofia are also very cooperative and polite with us and helped lot.
