Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable in LSS & his approach to imparting knowledge is helpful in grasping the imparted information, He answers every question almost immediately & patiently. Ms. Surbhi was very helpful throughout, she is very patient and reverts almost immediately to any queries.

The LSSGB Program is comprehensive whilst able to accommodate learners of various backgrounds. It is worthy to note that the IMC teaching model via online is easy and comprehensible. This would not be possible without our Trainer’s expertise and professionalism. He was graciously accommodating to our learning needs; ensuring that we totally grasp and satisfied the respective topics during the session. Indeed, my learning journey for the Lean- Six Sigma Green Belt with IMC has been fruitful and meaningful. Our IMC Counselor, Rose Ann de Luna has satisfactorily provided her awesome support in guiding and providing information necessary to continue the course. From the introduction of the program up to the assistance needed during the LSS program, her dedication was superb!

The program is very good and well managed by IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash is experienced a very brilliant trainer who has explained so nicely by using examples to make us understand more to the subject more. The course was really informative and fascinating. I think a lot of us will comment on how useful it was. Mr. Sashi conveys the information with knowledge and sincerity.
