The training was absolutely worthy to gain in depth knowledge on the statistical approach to problem solving. Trainer, Ms. Akther Jahan Khan was very innovative in sharing her knowledge with easy examples to make the concept easily understandable. Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. Thank you Service Team for promptly addressing my concern and even giving me a call to resolve my issue. You guys are so proactive!

The program is well designed and put together. Easy to understand and follow. I would suggest that the tutors refrain from using languages other than English as it is distracting to learners. My facilitator, Faizan, was very very supportive during this process. He followed up on queries and questions within acceptable timeframe – even earlier. Always courteous and respectful.
