The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)

I recently completed the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification program from IMC and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. It was really very nice in terms of good faculty having a rich experience which can see his speech and briefing, interactive sessions, every topic with relevant examples, the opportunity for everyone to speak and briefing still everyone to satisfy. The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.

The trainer was great and whatever he explained he explained in a very informative and detailed manner it was easy for me to learn too. Surbhi Tiwari is one of the most humble human i have came across, always response and always helps in times of need and very easy to contact too. She helps out in every way possible and i believe she is and will be a great asset to the IMC team.
